Growth of OrasiView patient database
Orasi continues to build the database through an active clinical development program. We anticipate adding new drug and disease mechanism signatures, and formally demonstrating dose-response capabilities based on ongoing and planned clinical studies.
Orasi’s database is growing steadily, and currently includes MEG scans and associated clinical information for Alzheimer’s disease and multiple sclerosis patients as well as healthy volunteers from age 18 to 89. The database also contains a large number of subjects with well-documented medication records, and the results of studies testing the acute effect of common neuroactive drugs. This wealth of information can be applied to clinical drug development projects.
